Service Charges & Fees

All repairs are subject to a non-refundable diagnostic fee of ₹499 + GST, which will be adjusted against the final repair cost if you proceed with the repair.

Final repair charges will be shared after complete diagnosis. Any additional parts or labor required beyond the initial estimate will be communicated and approved by you before proceeding.

Data Loss Disclaimer

We are NOT responsible for any data loss during the repair process. It is your sole responsibility to back up all important data, photos, contacts, and files before submitting your device for repair. In rare cases, repair procedures (including software updates, screen replacements, or motherboard repairs) may result in complete data wipe or device malfunction. By accepting these terms, you agree that SAGATHIYA TECHSOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and its service partners will not be held liable for any loss of data, software, or personal information under any circumstances.

🔒 IMPORTANT: Please remove screen locks, disable Find My Device / iCloud activation lock, and back up your data before handing over your device. Devices locked with unknown credentials may be returned unrepaired with full diagnostic fee applicable.

Warranty & Liability

  • Repair Warranty: 90 days warranty on parts and labor from the date of repair completion. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized tampering after repair.
  • Replaced Parts: Any replaced defective parts become the property of the service center.
  • Device Pickup: Repaired devices must be collected within 30 days of completion notice. After 30 days, a storage fee of ₹100/day will apply. After 60 days, the device will be disposed of without further liability.
  • Liquid Damage / Physical Damage: Devices with water damage or severe physical damage may have unpredictable repair outcomes. Partial repair success does not qualify for refunds.

Payment Terms

  • 100% payment is required at the time of device collection (after repair completion).
  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Cash payments are not accepted for repairs above ₹2000.
  • GST @18% will be applicable on all repair charges and diagnostic fees.

Contact & Dispute Resolution

For any repair-related concerns, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your device. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
